GiGi's Playhouse - Volunteers

Some Volunteer Opportunities:

Programs: Each Playhouse has educational programs throughout the week and on the weekends at designated times (check your local Playhouse webpage for specific times). Volunteers are used to support the program host, interact with the kids, set up and take down. If you are a therapist or educator and are interested in starting or running a program, let us know!

Literacy Tutors: Interested in helping a child learn to read? Then our literacy program is perfect for you! We have specific training for tutors which include observation hours. Make a difference!

Administrative: Like to be on the computer? Like to work on projects? Each Playhouse is always looking for admin volunteers to help with thank you letters, creating books for our literacy program, database entry and more!

Events: Each Playhouse has awesome events that are run on volunteers!! Golf outings, 5K, Buddy Walks, Fashion shows…you name it! We are always in need of volunteers for these events – anything from sitting on a committee to day-of assistance!

Committee members: Committees positions are open in IT, Board development, Programs, Finance, Fundraising, and Strategic Growth.
Group Volunteering: Have a group interested in volunteering together? The more the better! Contact your local Playhouse with the number of people and we will get you set up with volunteer opportunities!

Volunteers are the heart of what we do!
GiGi’s Playhouses are run nearly 100% by volunteers! There are opportunities in virtually every area to help. Whatever your interests, we can use you!
